Perth as a city has recently been spending a great deal of cash bringing it up to date, they are trying to promote a ‘Lane Culture’, similar to the city of Melbourne. The city has embraced its street art and the tourist information booths are able to provide detailed information on where the best pieces can be found, they also run guided walking tours of the main city centre works.
I also found a great deal of information on the https://www.streetsofperthwa.com/ website which provided information on the art on the streets of Perth and its ever-evolving urban art scene.
I was not able to visit any of the suburban areas, confining myself to the city centre, but what I found there was sufficient for the time I had to visit. Some of the best works are shown below. I have yet to determine the artists for many of these pieces when I find out more I will update this page.
